By downloading, installing, or using the Dream Interpretation & Journal app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms others or our systems.

2. Tokens and Purchases

Interpretations consume tokens. You may receive free tokens (e.g. on sign-up or by watching rewarded ads) or purchase token packs. Token purchases are subject to the App Store’s terms and our refund policy. Tokens are non-transferable and do not expire unless otherwise stated.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the dream text you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) to generate and store your interpretation and to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train general AI models or for marketing.

4. Interpretations Are Informational

Dream interpretations provided by the Service are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about health, relationships, or other important matters.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or use our trademarks without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Service at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
